Arrival at Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station followed by a picturesque drive to Gangtok. Check in to your hotel and relax. Evening free to explore MG Marg.

  • Accommodation: 4 Nights stay in Deluxe/Premium Hotel (Double/Twin Sharing).

  • Meals: Breakfast and Dinner (MAP Plan) OR Breakfast only (CP Plan) as per selection.

  • Transfers: Exclusive Non-AC vehicle (WagonR/Sumo/Innova depending on group size) for all transfers and sightseeing.

  • Permits: All applicable vehicle taxes, toll taxes, parking fees, and driver allowances.

  • Sightseeing: Points mentioned in the itinerary.

Exclusions:

  • Airfare / Train fare.

  • Personal expenses (Laundry, Telephone, Tips, Beverages).

  • Entrance fees to monuments/parks (Zoo, HMI, etc.) and Guide charges.

  • Toy Train Tickets / Ropeway Tickets.

  • Any additional sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary.

  • 5% GST on the final bill.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy:

  1. Advance Payment: A deposit of 40% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.

  2. Balance Payment: The remaining 60% must be cleared 7 days prior to arrival or upon arrival (cash only), subject to management approval.

  3. ID Proof: All guests must carry a valid original Photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License). Note: PAN Cards are NOT accepted as valid ID proof in Sikkim/Darjeeling.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 15+ Days before travel: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • 7 to 14 Days before travel: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.

  • Less than 7 Days / No Show: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged (No Refund).

  • Note: Cancellation due to landslides, strikes, or political unrest may be eligible for a credit note for future travel, subject to hotel policies.

Liabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Itinerary Changes: The management reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to weather conditions, road blockages, or political disturbances. Any extra cost incurred due to these unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extra hotel stay, vehicle hire) will be borne by the guest directly.

  • Sightseeing: Sightseeing points may be closed on specific days (e.g., HMI & Zoo are closed on Thursdays). We will try to cover alternatives but are not liable for closed attractions.

  • Vehicle Usage: The vehicle is provided for point-to-point service as per the itinerary and not on a disposal basis.
